Get paid to write short stories

I first came across work-online.org some time last year and I've registered but have yet to find time to write anything. Taking the time to look at it again, I think I'm going to give it another look.

They have a list on the home page of the top five earners. These are making between £205.00, give or take a few pennies, up to nearly £900. I've no idea how many hours you'd have to put in to achieve earnings like that but the site states you can earn anything between 5p to £1.50 per story with a story of 25 words paying 5p and stories around 400 words paying £1.50.

All you need do is compose a piece around the title given and include the requested keywords.

They pay out via Pay Pal and you need £10 in your account for this. This site is open to international members. You also have the chance to earn from referrals under your name.

Look at this link to see what they expect from you:

John Grisham Ford County

John Grisham released his latest book called Ford County back in October last year. This is the first time he has released a book made up of short stories. All of the stories are set in Ford County, Missippi which was the setting for his debut novel A time to Kill and where Grisham grew up.

I've liked the majority of his previous books but I could take or leave the last few. From the reviews I've seen Ford County sounds pretty good and its different format of being a series of shorts should be interesting.

The book is made up of seven stories and its got largely good reviews on Amazon. After being disappointed with the last few books I'm looking forward to getting my copy of this one.

If you have a review of the book then please let me know.

To see John Grisham reading an excerpt and talking about the book go to the following link and press the Youtube link.
